An Chéad Tine Art Organisation is a not-for-profit visual arts organisation based in the heart of Kilkenny, supporting artists through professional studio spaces and a contemporary public art gallery. We provide a supportive, inclusive environment where emerging and established artists can develop their practice, exhibit their work and engage with new audiences.​

Run by a board from artistic, creative & business backgrounds, we are committed to making contemporary art accessible, relevant and visible within everyday community life. Through exhibitions, studio programmes and collaborations, we champion artistic excellence, experimentation and connection - strengthening Kilkenny’s cultural landscape and supporting the next generation of Irish artists.
